Do you provide onsite technical training for your products?
Yes, we provide onsite training after the installation of the products. We have trained service engineers who provide training of usage and maintenance of the products. -
Can I use any markers on the Interactive Board?
Yes, absolutely. Any standard dry erase markers can be used as well as the ones supplied with New Vission white board. -
What should we do if somebody writes on the Interactive board with a permanent marker?
We recommend not using permanent markers on the board. However, if you use it by mistake, write with dry erase marker over the writing in permanent markers and use eraser to clean. -
How high and far away should my projector be from my New Vission Board?
A standard projector should be at the same height as the New Vission from the floor, and located 10 ft. from the Board. -
What kind of warranty do you have?
We offer a standard warranty period of one year. Although, we offer AMC at nominal prices for all our products. -

What is the average battery life for the pen?
With normal use, battery life for the pen is about six months. -
How do I clean an Interactive Board?
The Board surface can be cleaned just like any traditional dry erase whiteboard. Normally a damp cloth will suffice.-
Wipe board with a clean cloth moistened with a liquid cleanser.

Rinse with warm, clear water to remove any residue from the cleanser (a very important step).

Wipe dry with a clean cloth. If your board is used daily, the cleaning should be performed two or three times a week. Repeated cleaning may be required if writing is left on the board for more than two days.

Does it work with a Macintosh computer?
Yes. We support all Intel and Power PC Macintosh computers running OS 10.2 or higher. -
Can I adjust the angle of the interactive panel?
Yes. There is a quick-release lever on the back that allows for adjustment of the interactive panel to a wide range of tilt angles. -
How do I Calibrate the New Vission Board?
Your New Vission Board needs to be calibrated to ensure that the tip of the Pen or your finger is aligned with the cursor on the projected image. Any time the New Vission Board or video projector is moved, the Board must be re-calibrated. Following is the process:- Aim the projector at the Board's writing area, and size the projected desktop image to fit within the writing area. Make sure the image is properly projected on the Board before continuing.
- Using your finger or dummy pen, click on the locate icon located on either of the Interwrite Board Menus. When calibration is complete, you are ready to begin using Interwrite
